George Bouklas, Ph.D., has a background in sales, training and management.  He has consulted for both profit and non-profit organizations and has taught the 18 Factors to thousands of professionals over the last thirty years.

He has conducted focus groups on behalf of market research, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, and possesses an advanced degree in psychology.

He has co-authored “Flow of Work and the Company’s Fortunes: A Playbook for Productivity” to highlight the team’s contributions to organizational and industrial psychology.  He has more recently authored “Conversations with a Retired Businessman” and has another work slated for publication in 2009.

He is the author of two books in Psychology and one in Education, all three focused on increasing effectiveness with individuals and groups.
